This summer, I bought into a new belief – every woman should not just have a “lbd”, but also an “lbr” – little black romper. Yep! It’s true. And in addition to the one I’m wearing, I’m connecting you to a few others below in today’s outfit deets I think you might also like/be able to wear.

It always amazes me how you can’t even tell when I’m sweating like a big dog. We shot this outside at 7pm in the evening in Dallas, and lo and behold, it was still a whopping 104 degrees. Oh. Em. Gee. I was melting. You can’t even tell.

Whether you live in the Texas heat or not, rompers are always a good choice – they are great for outdoor parties, dinner out with friends or a date, or even weddings if you style it right. They’re the perfect comfortable thing to throw on when you can’t think of or find anything else. They are feminine and usually easy to wear, so it makes them a great choice.

PS – if you’re wondering about the “spot” on my leg, I got bit by something a few days before this post – I’m assuming it was a spider. It’s Texas. No biggy. No sense in trying to cover it up – is what it is. :-)
